I'm not sure about the validity of the following tip regarding Card of Sanctity:

"Activate this card, then activate "Mystical Refpanel" to redirect it to your opponent, forcing them to banish whatever they have on the field and in their hand, leaving them wide open to an attack. Be wary, however, as they will draw extra cards, but since you may get out at least one direct attack, it'll be worth the risk."

I've seen some sources say that that would be a viable move, and others say that it wouldn't, on the grounds that the banishing-part of the effect is a cost, and thus cannot be redirected. I'm also aware that Card of Sanctity's errata is understood differently between the TCG and OCG. Does anyone know the official, indisputable verdict as to whether or not any part of Card of Sanctity's effect can be redirected with Mystical Refpanel?

(Also, I'm still a beginner when it comes to making these Talk pages, so if I'm not doing something right, or if I'm posting all this in the wrong place, please excuse me, and I would greatly appreciate being directed to the appropriate page. Thank you!)

It doesn't work. Like some sources have pointed out, "Banishing all cards you control and in your hand" is a cost to activate "Card of Sanctity" in both OCG and TCG (Specified by "Card of Sanctity" rulings in the OCG and the semicolon in the TCG lore). The part that "Card of Sanctity" errata understood differently between the two metas have nothing to do with this case. --Blackwings0605 (talk) 06:39, March 8, 2016 (UTC)
