- This card along with "Unity" can be used to make up for the cost in Life Points for very powerful cards like "Solemn Judgement". In a deck dedicated to their use, "Judgment of the Pharaoh" can be used (it has a high Life Point cost) and then this card can be played to make up for that.
- Use it with "Malefic Truth Dragon".
- This can be used to make a powerful combo with "Judgment Dragon": both you and your opponent's lifepoints will be the same, then Summon JD and use its effect to wipe the field (so you'll have 1000LP less), then from your hand play "Megamorph" so you have a 6000 ATK point monster on an empty field for an OTK.
- This card changes both yours and your opponent's Life Point. neither player takes damage or gains life to their new Life Points so Prime Material Dragon, Nurse Reficule the Fallen One, and Bad Reaction to Simochi will not have any influence on the outcome.
