Using "Final Destiny" while "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" are on the field can help you Special Summon "Theinen the Great Sphinx" and leave your opponent completely open for a Direct Attack, without them even having Spell or Trap cards.
If you have "Pyramid of Light" play it and pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon both "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia", then use "Remove Trap" to directly banish them. Pay another 500 Life Points to Special Summon "Theinen the Great Sphinx".
It's better to use "Magic Planter" instead of "Remove Trap" for this play so that you gain back some of the card advantage you'll be losing from doing this.
Use "Two-Pronged Attack" to destroy "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" to get this card out and destroy one of your opponent's monsters.
This card has a very high Level of ten. This can be used with other cards to your advantage.
If you Special Summon this card with its own effect while "The Calculator" is on the field, "The Calculator" will gain an extra 3000 ATK.
Synchro Summon a "Black Rose Dragon" while "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" are on the field, and choose to destroy the whole field to Special Summon a "Theinen the Great Sphinx" from your deck or hand for a Direct Attack.
This card can create a great combo. First, activate "Pyramid of Light" and pay 1000 Life Points to Summon "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia". Then, use "Ojama Trio" to get at least five Monsters on the field. Chain with "Needle Ceiling" or "Torrential Tribute" to destroy all monsters on the field. Summon "Theinen the Great Sphinx" and use its effect to boost its ATK up to 6500. Then, because you used "Needle Ceiling" or "Torrential Tribute", your opponent will have no monsters to defend their Life Points, providing you with a window to perform an OTK. You also should include "Dust Tornado" and "Mystical Space Typhoon" to prevent any Trap Cards from hindering your strategy.
After boosting this card's attack, it would be a waste to attack a Defense Position monster. "Enemy Controller" and "Stop Defense" can fix this.
While not particularly useful to "Andro Sphinx" or "Sphinx Teleia", this card has no effects left to use after its first turn. This makes it possible to use "Skill Drain" without loss.
You can declare another OTK but with the price of 3000 Life Points. While "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" are on the field, Ritual Summon (by tributing a level 8 monster from your hand or on the field) "Demise, King of Armageddon". Use his effect by paying 2000 life points to destroy all other cards on the field. Then, by paying 500 life points you can special summon "Theinen the Great Sphinx" and you can pay an additional 500 life points to increase his attack by 3000 until the end of this turn. With "Theinen's" and "Demise's" ATK, you'll have an attack force of 8900 and your opponent has no cards on his/her side of the field.
"Pyramid of Light" is a continuous trap card, so it can be removed from the field to summon "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames". Doing so will destroy "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" allowing you to also summon "Theinen the Great Sphinx" from your deck. This one move will let you play two incredibly powerful monsters in one turn. If you have a card that can clear your opponent's monsters off the field such as "Lightning Vortex", you can inflict at least 6500 damage. It could be an OTK if you pay 500 Life Points for this monster's effect or have five Continuous Traps in your Graveyard (Provided your opponent can't counter your attacks. Keep in mind though, that you can destroy a face-down Spell or Trap with the effect of "Uria" to lessen the chance of them countering it) to inflict at least 9500 damage.
You can also summon this card by using "Jigen Bakudan's" effect once you get "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" on the field. That way, not only do you get "Theinen The Great Sphinx" on the field, but you also deal 2750 points of direct damage to your opponent (even more if there were other monsters on your field). All you need to do then is equip a "piercing" card to "Theinen" after you increase it's attack and you have a possible OTK.
Another possible OTK is to summon this card and use it's effect to increase its Attack to 6500. Then use "Wild Nature's Release" to increase it's attack to 9500, enough to OTK on empty field. Use cards like "Dark Hole" and "Heavy Storm" to clear the field.
Use "Dark Hole" on "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" and the field will be clear for the 6500 attack.
If you sacrifice this card to summon "Great Maju Garzett" it will have 7000 Attack, almost enough for a OTK.
Use "Mound of the Bound Creator". To make this card scarier
Another OTK with this card having major influence would use the following: An active "Pyramid of Light", a set "Torrential Tribute" and "Heavy Storm" and "Andro Sphinx", "Sphinx Teleia" and "The Calculator" in the hand. Pay 1000 to Special Summon both both "Andro" and "Teleia": once you summon both, chain "Torrential Tribute" to the last monster Special Summoned by you and bring out "Theinen the Great Sphinx"; now having destroyed all monsters on your opponents side of the field, activate "Heavy Storm" to clear the Spell/Trap Zone, and Normal Summon "The Calculator" with 3600 ATK by it's effect. Pay 500 LP by the effect of "Theinen the Great Sphinx" to gain 3000 more ATK points, then finally attack directly with over 9000 damage (total damage would be 10100).
