If the opponent controls more monsters than the remaining player, that player can use the effect of "Cosmic Compass" or "Pineapple Blast" to ensure both players control the same number of monsters.
Alternatively, if that player only controls 1 monster, which is "The Tricky", then "Tricky Spell 4" can be used to ensure both players control the same number of monsters.
If the opponent only controls 1 more monster than the remaining player, then "Grinder Golem" is a great monster to Special Summon to the opponent's field, since it also Special Summons 2 "Grinder Tokens" (which have 0 ATK) in Attack Position, which will be subsequently given to the opponent by this card's effect.
If the opponent controls less monsters than the remaining player, that player can use the effects of cards like "D.D. Guide", "Nightmare Archfiends", and "Silent Wobby" to help gain control over the number of monsters.
This card may be useful in "Mecha Phantom Beast" Decks, as their card effects have great control over the amount of Tokens present on the field.
Unless one controls more monsters than the opponent, this card works well with the effect of "Scapeghost", as its effect allows any number of "Black Sheep Tokens" to be Summoned (thus fulfilling the conditions to activate this card).
This card can be useful in a "Yosenju" Deck, since the Deck is capable of multiple Normal Summons in one turn (as well as a Pendulum Summon) and almost all of its monsters must return to the hand during the End Phase (depending on how they were Summoned), thus leaving the opponent with no monsters by the end of the turn.
