If there are 2 copies of this card, all cards from your opponent's hand can slowly be eliminated: Activate the effect of one of them during your Main Phase, and banish 1 card from your opponent's hand (that card will only return during your next turn, not during your opponent's). During your opponent's Standby Phase, activate the effect of the second copy, and place in the Graveyard the card banished by the first one. During your next turn, the first copy will return to the field while the card banished by it will be in the Graveyard. Repeat this as many times as possible, so that your opponent will have no cards in their hand.
There are several decks that can summon multiples of this card in one turn. Examples are the "Dark Synchro" deck, and the "D/D" archetype.
Combine this card's second effect with "Rise to Full Height"'s second effect to prevent the opponent to attack. During your opponent's standby-phase, activate "Banish Rise to Full Height"'s second effect from the graveyard to banish itself and target "PSY-Framelord Omega": the opponent will only be able to attack it during the turn. After that, activate the second effect of "PSY-Framelord Omega" to return "Rise to Full Height" to the graveyard for later use. During the Main Phase 1, as soon as priority has passed to you, activate the first effect of "PSY-Framelord Omega" and banish it with a card from the opponent's hand. Since the monster targeted with "Rise to Full Height"'s graveyard effect is no longer on the field, the opponent cannot attack at all.
The aforementioned combo can be easily done by a "D/D" deck. There are several ways to bring out "Beatrice, Lady of Eternal" alongside "PSY-Framelord Omega" in your first turn. During the opponent's standby-phase, activate Beatrice's effect to send "Rise to Full Height" from your deck to the graveyard, then the combo is set.
This card is also extremely useful in an "Infernoid" deck. It can be easily synchro summoned by Infernoid Decatron's effect and its second effect is very useful for recycling the banished "Infernoid" monsters to the graveyard. Lastly, its third effect makes it ideal as fodder for Infernoid Tierra's first effect, since it can easily return itself to the Extra Deck. Keep in mind though that some of the "Void" spells and traps cannot maintain themselves on the field when this card is in play.
