- When focusing on this card, "Future Fusion" can enable you to use various strategies:
- Cards like "Dark Calling", "Miracle Fusion" (which can also be used to Fusion Summon this card), and "Miracle Contact" can allow you to Fusion Summon more Fusion Monsters.
- After using "Future Fusion", you can also use "Miracle Fusion" to summon this card and use cards like "Return from the Different Dimension" or "Dimension Fusion" (Traditional Format only) to swarm the field. Or, use the effects of "Elemental HERO Voltic" to Special Summon your banished monsters.
- (If you do this, summon "Voltic" first so that you can summon other banished HEROes, and then summon "Elemental HERO Ocean" so that your field won't be crowded.)
- Use cards like "Elemental HERO Necroshade" or "Destiny HERO - Dasher" in the Fusion Summon, and gain access to their effect(s) immediately. This can especially help late in a Duel, should you run several high-Level monsters in your Deck.
- "Elemental HERO Neos Alius" can serve as the "Neos" monster, as it can be included in an "Elemental HERO" Deck not including or focusing on the original "Elemental HERO Neos".
- Cards such as "Grand Mole", "Dark Panther" and "Flare Scarab" can be vital to a Deck that focuses on "Divine Neos", not only to fill the "Neo-Spacian" requirement, but also because of their effects.
- "Honest" and "Skyscraper" can aid in boosting this card's ATK.
- In order to make this card's Summon easier, use "Chain Material"; then, in order to avoid it's destruction during the End Phase, use its effect to banish "Masked HERO Vapor", making it invulnerable to destruction by effects.
- By having a copy of "Jewels of the Valiant" out, you can ensure "Divine Neos" has a steady supply of monsters to banish.
- This card can be a great side addition for a Banish-HERO Deck. It can be Summoned using "Fusion Gate", and can work well with "Elemental HERO Voltic" and "Elemental HERO The Shining".

- If "Divine Neos" is destroyed in battle, use "Change of Hero - Reflector Ray" and inflict 3600 damage to your opponent.
- Banish "Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude", because, even though "Divine Neos" will lose its effect next turn, you can still activate the effect of a Normal Spell Card from your Graveyard.
- "Gale Dogra" and "Fusion Guard" (which can also protect you from Effect Damage) can help dump Fusion Monsters from your Extra Deck for this card to use.
