- This card can be searched via "Witch of the Black Forest".
- Activate "Scapegoat" and discard four cards for "Cybernetic Magician"'s effect to change the ATK of all the Sheep Tokens to 2000.
- "Cybernetic Magician" can destroy any monster (except ones unaffected by monster effects or those that cancel them, such as Angel O7). All he has to do is lower their ATK to 2000.
- Use Cybernetic Magician's effect to target an opponent's Spirit Reaper to easily get rid of it.
- Cybernetic Magician's effect is useful when using it on cards like Masked Chopper or Spell Striker because it will allow these cards to inflict some serious damage on your opponent. You can also use it's effect on the monsters who can direct attack even though they are monsters on your opponent side of the field.
- Use Cybernetic Magician's effect to change a DARK monster's ATK to 2000, and then use Deck Devastation Virus on it.
- Discard a Powerful Dragon type monster, and use it to equip to Cyberdark Dragon, when Fusion Summoned, or discard a low Level Dragon and equip it to Cyberdark Keel, Cyberdark Edge or Cyberdark Horn
