- This card is searchable via "Assault Beast", "Arcane Apprentice" and "A Cat of Ill Omen".
- Use with "Urgent Tuning" during the same battle phase to attack at least four times.
- Use with Night Wing Sorceress, Bubble Illusion, Makyura the Destructor, or Cathedral of Nobles to activate it the turn you get it.
- Since /Assault Mode monsters must be in the deck to be Special Summoned, use cards such as: Assault Teleport, Card Trader, Lighten the Load, Reload, Monster Recovery, Magical Mallet, Good Goblin Housekeeping, Pot of Generosity, Plaguespreader Zombie, Helping Robo for Combat, or Yado Karu to keep them in the deck until you can activate this card.
- Since Tributing the Synchro Monster is a cost to activate this card, you can activate it immediately after performing a Synchro Summon, then chain Torrential Tribute to it to destroy all monsters on the field just before the Assault Mode monster comes out, giving it a clear shot at your opponent. This can be especially devastating if you bring out Doomkaiser Dragon/Assault Mode this way, since you can then bring out a full field of Zombie-type monsters, at least one of whom (the Doomkaiser Dragon you Tributed for this card's effect) will have rather high ATK.
