"Appropriate" can be one of the most useful cards when countering Exodia decks, as it allows you to also draw cards when your opponent does, This also makes it extremely useful in a mirror match of Exodia decks.
"Heavy Slump" is a good way to get rid of some of the opponent's cards and will then allow its user to draw 2 cards.
Use this card against "Maxx "C"". At first, this card will do nothing, but if Special Summoning more monsters, "Appropriate" can easily gain its user more card advantage. This card's controller will be able to draw TWO cards each time the opponent draw cards via the effect of "Maxx "C"" (due to this card's effect, which usually happens in the Main Phase). If three monsters are Special Summoned (excluding the moment "Appropriate" is activated), the opponent gets a +3 while this card's controller gets a +4.
This card will wield similar results if your opponent uses the effect of "Extra Net". It can also warn your opponent not to use it, because if they draw a card with its effect, you will draw two.
If you have multiple copies of this card active, it can be fairly easy to have your hand size go way above 6 cards; you may want to consider also using "Infinite Cards" as well in case you are unable to use all of the cards you draw at once.
This card is extremely useful when using with "Dark Bribe".
This card can make your opponent reluctant to use "Card Destruction" and "Morphing Jar", since your new hand will be larger than your opponent's. However, if your opponent is running an Empty Jar Deck, this card can hasten your defeat.
This card can discourage your opponent from activating the first effect of "Chicken Game", since you will draw 2 cards, while your opponent will draw only one. If a card like "White Dragon Ninja" or "Field Barrier" is added to this combo, your opponent may not use it at all.
