- You're allowed to edit the Card Rulings pages. But, we have very strict rules when it comes to the Card Rulings pages, so almost all of the edits aren't allowed.
- Here, there was a typo that didn't appear on the official source, so yes, you'd be allowed to fix it. Just make sure that the original source doesn't also contain the typo (we copy the rulings directly, including typos)... which might me a little difficult in this case, since it's in Japanese, but still XD
