OCG Rulings

• "This card's effects can only be applied/resolved while it has Xyz Material." is not treated as an effect of an Effect Monster.

• The "At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card attacked or was attacked: Target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy that target." effect targets 1 card your opponent control.

• The "At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card attacked or was attacked: Target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy that target." effect activates even if your opponent has no cards that can be destroyed.

• If "Book of Moon" or "Enemy Controller" is chained to the effect of "Tiras, Keeper of Genesis" that is activated during the End Phase, even if this card is face-down or the control of "Tiras, Keeper of Genesis" was switched to your opponent, you still detach 1 Xyz Material from this card.

• Even if this card has no Xyz Material, the effect that destroys 1 card your opponent controls still activates and starts a Chain Link, but the effect is not applied. The effect that detaches 1 Xyz Material during the End Phase also activates, but it is not applied if this card has no Xyz Materials.

• When the effect of "Tiras, Keeper of Genesis" that is activated during each End Phase resolves, you cannot detach 1 Xyz Material from "Number 19: Freezadon" instead of "Tiras, Keeper of Genesis". Also, when the effect of "Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction" that is activated during the each Standby Phase resolves, you cannot detach 1 Xyz Material from "Number 19: Freezadon" instead of "Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction".
