OCG Rulings[]

  • This effect cannot be activated by banishing more monsters than the Level of a monster on the field. This effect must be activated by banishing as many monsters as the Level of a monster on the field.[3]
  • As long as you can banish a number of monsters from your Graveyard equal to the Level of a face-up monster on the field, this effect can be activated multiple times during the same turn. However, this effect cannot be activated more than once in the same chain.[4]

Previously Official Rulings[]

  • Penalty Game!: If the second effect of "Penalty Game!" is chosen, the opponent can still activate the effects of cards that are already face-up on the field, such as "Skull Lair"...
