TCG Rulings

• You cannot activate this card during the Damage Step. You cannot activate it if you only control 1 "Scrap" monster.^[1]

• This card targets 1 face-up "Scrap" monster you control.^[1]

• The targeted monster is destroyed when this effect resolves.^[1]

• Destroying the monster and increasing the ATK are considered to happen at the same time.^[1]

• If the targeted monster is no longer face-up on the field when this card resolves it will not be destroyed and your "Scrap" monsters will not gain 1000 ATK.^[1]

OCG Rulings

• The effect of "Scrap Sheen" targets one "Scrap" monster on your side of the field.^[2]

• The "Scrap" monster selected by "Scrap Sheen" is destroyed when "Scrap Sheen" resolves.^[2]
