• Dimension Fortress Weapon: If “Magical Merchant” is flipped face-up while “Dimension Fortress Weapon” is on the field, its effect is not applied.

OCG Rulings

• When resolving the effects of "Magical Merchant" and "Cyber Jar", if "Thunder King Rai-Oh" is on the field, you send to the Graveyard the card(s) which would be added to your hand.^[1]

• When resolving the effect of "Magical Merchant", if you do not have any Spell or Trap Cards in your Deck, then the Monster Cards which you picked up are shuffled and returned to the Deck.^[2]
