OCG Rulings[]
- The effect of "Jurrac Meteor" which destroys all cards on the field is a Trigger Effect.[1]
- For the effect of "Jurrac Meteor", destroying all cards on the field and then Special Summoning a Tuner monster is resolved as one effect.[1]
- The effect of "Jurrac Meteor" does not target.[1]
- The "Jurrac Meteor" which activates its effect is also destroyed by its own effect.[1][2]
- For "Jurrac Meteor", the resolution which destroys all cards on the field and the resolution which Special Summons one Tuner monster from your Graveyard are not treated as resolving at the same time. After resolving the effect which destroys all cards, the player who activated the effect chooses whether or not to resolve the effect which Special Summons a monster.[3]
- Example: If "Yubel" is destroyed by the effect of "Jurrac Meteor" and the effect of "Jurrac Meteor" Special Summons a Tuner monster, then the effect of "Yubel" cannot be activated. Also, if the effect of "Jurrac Meteor" does not Special Summon a Tuner monster, then you the effect of the destroyed "Yubel" can be activated, and "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" can be Special Summoned.[3]
