Card Rulings:D/D Cerberus

OCG Rulings

• "Once per turn: You can target 1 "D/D" monster you control; its Level becomes 4, and if it does, it gains 400 ATK and DEF." effect starts a Chain Link. (This effect can only be activated during your Main Phase. It targets.)

• "When this card is Pendulum Summoned from your hand while you control a "D/D" monster, except "D/D Cerberus": You can target 1 Continuous Spell Card in your Graveyard; add it to your hand." effect is a Trigger Effect. (This effect targets.)

• The Monster effect of this card cannot be activated if this card was Pendulum Summoned form your Extra Deck.

• The Continuous Spell Card can be activated or Set during the turn it was added to your hand by the Monster effect of this card.

• "D/D" monsters in your Pendulum Zone and Spell & Trap Zone are treated as Spell Cards. Therefore, if "D/D Cerberus" is Pendulum Summoned from your hand while you control "D/D Magical Astronomer Galilei" and "D/D Savant Kepler" in your Pendulum Zone, but no monsters in your Monster Zone, since you don't control a "D/D" monster other than "D/D Cerberus", its effects cannot be activated.

• If 2 "D/D Cerberus" are Pendulum Summoned from your hand while you control no "D/D" monsters in your Monster Zone, since you don't control a "D/D" monster other than "D/D Cerberus", their effects cannot be activated.

• If "D/D Cerberus" and "D/D Lilith" are Pendulum Summoned from your hand while you control no "D/D" monsters in your Monster Zone, since you control a "D/D" monster other than "D/D Cerberus", its effects can be activated.

• If 2 "D/D Cerberus" are Pendulum Summoned from your hand while you control "D/D Lilith" in your Monster Zone, since you control a "D/D" monster other than "D/D Cerberus", their effects can be activated. (Their effects are activated in a Chain.)
