OCG Rulings

• This card can be Normal Summoned or Set.^[1]

• Discarding 1 WATER Monster to the Graveyard is a cost to activate the effect which destroys a Set card. This effect targets the Set card to be destroyed.^[1]

• When "Ocean's Keeper" is destroyed by battle, the effect which adds 1 "Thousand-Eyes Jellyfish" (or "Cranium Fish") to your hand starts a chain. This effect activates even if "Ocean's Keeper" is destroyed and removed from play.^[2]
