  • The application of "Destroy the 1 face-up monster on the field that has the lowest ATK (your choice, if tied)" and the application of "inflict damage to both players equal to half of that monster's ATK" are considered to be performed at the same time.[1]
  • The damage inflicted by the effect of "Chthonian Blast" is equal to half the destroyed monster's ATK on the field. Therefore, if the targeted [sic] monster is a "Beast King Barbaros" that was Normal Summoned without Tributing, since the targeted [sic] "Beast King Barbaros" has 1900 ATK on the field, each player takes 950 damage.[2]
