TCG Rulings
- If "Chain Summoning" and "Double Summon" are activated during the same turn, you still can only Normal Summon or Set up to 3 times.[1]
- Normal Summoning or Setting a monster with "Ultimate Offering" does not use one of the three Normal Summons or Sets allowed by "Chain Summoning".[1]
OCG Rulings
- Usually, you can Normal Summon/Set once per turn. With this effect, it becomes three times per turn.[2]
- Normal Summoning or Setting a monster with "Ultimate Offering" does not use one of the three Normal Summons or Sets allowed by "Chain Summoning".[2]
