When a Psychic-Type monster is Normal Summoned, you can pay 500 Life Points to have it gain 300 ATK and increase its Level by 1.	When a Psychic-Type monster is Normal Summoned: You can pay 500 LP; increase its Level by 1 and ATK by 300. (This remains even if this card leaves the field.)
