- The International version of "Spear Cretin" has parts of its skin recolored to look like its wearing clothes also the horn on its forehead is removed, to make it look less demonic. Also in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 4: Battle of Great Duelist, Spear Cretin was drawn with a different artwork.
