• The TCG and Korean version of "Nightmare Wheel" has the man replaced with a goblin of sorts, to avoid reference to human torture. The spikes on the restraints are also made more prominent.
  • In the international dub of GX and on, the man is still shown, but the spiked restraints are blurred out/replaced with restraints of lights.
  • Before GX, the anime had a different artwork, with a different background, and the "Nightmare Wheel" was dark brown. The dub used the international artwork.
