  • In episode 73, this card appeared in Yusei Fudo's nightmare which involved a Turbo Duel between himself and an unknown opponent. Right after Yusei summons "Stardust Dragon", his opponent transforms into Ghost while "Tiger Dragon" is replaced with "Meklord Emperor Wisel" and its Wisel parts. Right after "Stardust Dragon" gets fully absorbed by "Meklord Emperor Wisel", Yusei wakes up from his nightmare. Primo later used this card in his Turbo Duel against Dobocle after he gatecrashed the WRGP premiere event and escaped Sector Security. Primo attacks Dobocle relentlessly with "Meklord Emperor Wisel" despite his pleads for mercy. Primo then did something unknown with this card that won him the Duel and caused Dobocle to crash. Primo then did something unknown with "Meklord Emperor Wisel" that won him the Duel and caused Dobocle to crash.
    • This card also appears in a flashback Crow has when Yusei reminds him about the former's Turbo Duel against Ghost and "Meklord Emperor Wisel's" ability to absorb Synchro Monsters.

  • In episode 103, this card appears in a flashback Yusei has when he learns that Yliaster and Ghost are connected to one another.

  • In episode 107, Primo used this card in his Turbo Duel against Vizor. He Special Summons "Meklord Emperor Wisel", "Wisel Top", "Wisel Attack", "Wisel Guard", and this card via the effect of "Wise Core". After a while, Yusei arrives, but with a new power in hand. Primo drops out to Duel Yusei while Vizor goes off to Duel the Diablo army and prevent them from interfering with Yusei's Duel.
  • In episode 108, Primo used this card in his Turbo Duel against Yusei. When Yusei activates the effect of "Junk Destroyer" to destroy "Meklord Emperor Wisel" and Primo's set card, Primo activates "Divergence" to redirect the effect of "Junk Destroyer" from "Meklord Emperor Wisel" to this card instead. Since this card can't be destroyed by Yusei's card effects, only "Divergence" is destroyed. Later Primo activates "Explosive Blast" to destroy this card and inflict 400 damage to Yusei.
    • This card is also shown in a flashback Yusei has when he notes that the Synchro Monster absorbing power of the Meklord Emperors is a powerful ability, but if he can achieve Accel Synchro Summon, then he be able to find what he needs to beat the Meklord Emperors for good.
  • In episode 130, this card appears in a flashback Akiza Izinski has when she notes that the Meklords are Synchro killers due to the their ability to absorb Synchro Monsters.
  • In episode 132, Primo used this card in his Turbo Duel against Jack Atlas. He Special Summons "Meklord Emperor Wisel", "Wisel Top", "Wisel Attack", "Wisel Guard", and this card via the effect of "Wise Core". After "Red Nova Dragon" attacks and destroys "Meklord Emperor Wisel", this card and the other Wisel parts are destroyed with it.
  • In episode 146, Aporia uses this card during his Ground Duel against Z-one. He Special Summons this card, "Meklord Emperor Wisel", "Wisel Attack", Wisel Guard", and "Wisel Top" via the effect of "Wise Core". Due to the effect of "Meklord Emperor Wisel", its ATK became equal to the total ATK of the Wisel parts. "Meklord Emperor Wisel" then attacks Z-one directly, but Z-one activates "The High Priestess' Staff", to negate the attack, end the Battle Phase, and inflict 500 damage to Aporia. Later "Metaion, the Timelord" attacks "Meklord Emperor Wisel". Due to the effect of "Metaion", it is not destroyed and Z-one takes no Battle Damage. At the end of the Battle Phase, Z-one activates the effect of "Metaion" to return all other monsters on the field and inflict 300 damage to Aporia for each card returned. With five cards returned, Aporia takes 1500 damage.
  • In episode 147, this card appears in Crow's explanation when he explains to Leo that the Meklord Emperors can only be summoned while each of the Meklord Emperor's parts are in the Deck. Since Aporia was milling his Deck for a strategy he had thought out from the beginning of the Duel, Crow explains that it's a good thing that Aporia is using his monsters to help him reduce the number of cards in his Deck.
