- In Scale 12, Ren uses this card during his duel against Yugo. He tunes "White Aura Dolphin", which was a Tuner due to being Special Summoned from the Graveyard, with "White Moray" to Synchro Summon this card. Ren then activates this card's effect, destroying all monsters Yugo controls, but Yugo finds and activates the "Protective Wind" Action Card to negate this effect. Ren then has this card attack the Defense Position, 1000 DEF "Clearwing Fast Dragon", inflicting piercing damage with this card's second effect. This card's third effect lets it attack a second time after it destroys a monster by battle, so it attacks Yugo's "Speedroid Dominobutterfly", but the effect of "Speedroid Passinglider" redirects the attack to it, keeping Yugo in the duel. In the following chapter, Yugo Pendulum Summons "Clearwing Fast" and uses its effect to negate this card's effects and reduce its ATK to 0. "Clearwing Fast" then attacks and destroys this card, winning the duel for Yugo.
- In Scale 20, Ren uses this card during his rematch with Yugo. He tunes two copies of "White Moray", one of which was a Tuner due to being Special Summoned from the Graveyard, with one "White Stingray" to Synchro Summon this card. On Yugo's turn, he Synchro Summons "Clearwing Fast Dragon" and uses its effect to negate this card's effect and reduce its ATK to 0. "Clearwing Fast" then attacks and destroys this card, but Ren finds and activates the "Full Fairing" Action Card to halve the damage he takes. Because this card is destroyed, Ren banishes "Stingray" from his Graveyard to use this card's final effect to revive itself as a Tuner monster. In the following chapter, Ren tunes this card with "White Moray" to Synchro Summon "White Aura Bihamut".
