- In episode 138, Z-ARC plays this card in his duel against the Lancers and their allies.
- When Jack Atlas Synchro Summons on his turn, Z-ARC uses this card's effect to allow him to Synchro Summon this card while he controls "Supreme King Z-ARC", by tributing two "Supreme King Dragon Darkwurm". This card's effect activates, destroying the monster Jack summoned, "Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend", but Jack prevents its destruction by discarding "Brutal Red" from his hand. "Scarlight", with 4000 ATK, attacks this card; its other effect activates to negate the attack, and would also have destroyed "Scarlight" but "Brutal Red's" effect continues to apply until the End Phase. On Z-ARC's next turn, he equips this card with "Supreme Presence", which allows this card's effects which normally only affect one monster at a time, to spread to all monsters his opponents control. This card attacks Gong Strong's "Superheavy Samurai Big Benkei", applying its new effect to destroy all opposing monsters and inflict damage; at that point, Gong Special Summons "Superheavy Samurai Ward Chief Heavystrong" from his hand, whose effect allows two monsters he controls to prevent being destroyed this turn. Gong chooses to protect "Heavystrong" and "Scarlight". Thus, three of Gong's other monsters including "Big Benkei" are destroyed, and Gong takes damage equal to their total ATK (1000). On Jack's next turn, he Synchro Summons "Tyrant Red Dragon Archfiend" and applies "Heavystrong's" effect to protect "Scarlight" and "Tyrant" that turn. "Scarlight" attacks this card, its effect activates, destroying "Heavystrong" and removing Gong from the duel. "Tyrant" then attacks this card, destroying it because this card's effect to destroy and inflict damage is once-per-turn only.
- In the following episode, when Crow Hogan Synchro Summons on his turn, Z-ARC uses this card's effect to revive it by tributing two "Darkwurms". This card's effect activates, destroying the monster Crow summoned, "Assault Blackwing - Raikiri the Rain Shower". Crow activates "Black Feather Illusion" to revive "Raikiri" with its effects negated. "Raikiri" attacks this card; the latter's other effect destroying "Raikiri" again. Crow activates "Black Feather Reversal" to negate damage from this card, and Special Summon a "Blackwing" monster from his Extra Deck with ATK equal to the damage he would have taken. He chooses "Assault Blackwing - Chidori the Rain Sprinkling". "Chidori" attacks and destroys this card.
- In the following episode, after Declan Akaba joins the duel against Z-ARC, the latter Special Summons this card and three other "Supreme King Dragon" monsters through "Supreme Rage". This card attacks Declan's "D/D/D Gust High King Alexander"; its effect activates to destroy "Alexander" and inflict damage on Declan equal to its ATK, but Declan uses the Pendulum Effect of "D/D Savant Dirac" to Special Summon it from his Pendulum Zone to make the effect damage 0. Later, Ray Akaba joins the duel (while possessing Riley Akaba's body). She activates "En Winds" to treat this card as a Normal Monster. Eventually, Ray/Riley activates "En Flowers" whose effect destroys all monsters on the field, including this card, and inflicts 600 damage to the controller for each monster sent to the Graveyard. This card, "Supreme King Dragon Dark Rebellion" and "Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom" were sent to the Graveyard, so Z-ARC takes 1800 damage.
- In episode 142, when Declan remembers what happened after Z-ARC's defeat, this card appears in a flashback being separated from "Supreme King Z-ARC" just before Riley took the decision to seal Z-ARC's soul within herself.
