  • In episode 215, Yugi Muto uses this card during his Duel against Yami Bakura. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. Yugi then activates "Marshmallon Glasses" to prevent Yami Bakura's "Doomcaliber Knight" to attack this card and go after "Marshmallon" instead. On Yugi's next turn, this card has 1500 ATK through this card's effect. Yami Bakura then activates "Call of the Earthbound" and "Zoma the Spirit"; "Call of the Earthbound" forces this card to attack and destroy "Zoma the Spirit". The effect of "Zoma the Spirit" which inflicts damage to Yugi that's double this card's ATK, but Yugi activates "Turn Jump" to move the turn count forward by three turns which saves himself and increases this card's ATK to 3000. This card then attacks and destroys "Doomcaliber Knight". In the next episode, Yami Bakura activates "Spirit Sword of Sealing" to remove this card from play. Yugi. The effect of "Lengard" destroys "Spirit Sword of Sealing" which frees this card. This card then attacks and destroys Yami Bakura's "Disgraced Mage", but the effect of "Disgraced Mage" nullified the original Battle Damage taken. In the following episode, this card has 3500 ATK. This card then attacks Yami Bakura's "Necro Soldier" while "Silent Magician LV0" and "Marshmallon" attack and destroy the other two copies of "Necro Soldier", but Yami Bakura activates "Narrow Corridor" to negate this card's attack so only two of Yugi's Monster Cards can attack. On Yugi's next turn, this card attacks and destroys "Necro Soldier" while "Silent Magician LV0" attacks and destroys Yami Bakura's "Necro Mannequin". On Yugi's next turn, this card has 4000 ATK. This card and "Silent Magician LV0" then attack and destroy two "Necro Wall Tokens". Yugi then activates "Aria From Beyond" to use "Spirit Sword of Sealing" to remove this card from play. In the next episode, this card is freed from "Spirit Sword of Sealing" with 4500 ATK when "Gandora the Dragon of Destruction" is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. This card then attacks Yami Bakura directly, winning Yugi the Duel and saving Tristan Taylor.
  • In episode 221, Yugi Muto uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. Yami Yugi has "Obelisk the Tormentor" attack this card, but Yugi activates "Turn Jump" and "Ground Erosion" to move the turn forward by three turns which increases this card's ATK to 2500 and to decrease the ATK of "Obelisk the Tormentor" by 1500 while Yami Yugi activates "Summoning Clock" to Special Summon three Monster Cards. Yugi then activates "Ambush Shield" to Tribute "Red Gadget" and increase this card's ATK to 4000 to survive against "Slifer the Sky Dragon" until the End Phase. In the next episode, "Ambush Shield" expires for this card on Yami Yugi's End Phase. On Yugi's Standby Phase, this card has 3000 ATK. Yami Yugi later has "Slifer the Sky Dragon" and "The Winged Dragon of Ra" attack and destroy this card and "Valkyrion the Magna Warrior" respectively, but Yugi activates "Mirage Ruler" to revive his two Monster Cards and restore his Life Points to before Yami Yugi's attacks then Yugi to pays 1000 Life Points to force Yami Yugi to call off "Obelisk the Tormentor". On Yugi's Standby Phase, this card has 3500 ATK. Yugi then activates "Magnet Force" to redirect the second mouth effect of "Slifer the Sky Dragon" to decrease the Egyptian Gods' ATK by 2000 (as the original targets are the Magnet Warriors) and has this card attack "Obelisk the Tormentor", but Yami Yugi activates "Mirror Force" to destroy this card, "Beta The Magnet Warrior", "Alpha The Magnet Warrior" and "Gamma The Magnet Warrior".
    • In the second above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a flashback Yugi has when he explains how "Mirage Ruler" was able to save himself from losing the Duel.
  • In the anime, "Silent Swordsman" increased 500 ATK each turn, however that would mean his ATK would be 4500 by the time he reaches "LV7" if he started at his original ATK, but the TCG version of "Silent Swordsman LV7" only has 2800 ATK.
  • Besides TCG forms of "Silent Swordsman LV0", "LV3", "LV5", and "LV7", additional LVs were shown in the anime, "LV4" and "LV6". "LV1" and "LV2" weren't shown because when Yugi used "Turn Jump", he skipped over LVs 1 and 2.
