In episode 68, Bashford uses this card during his Ground Duel against Crow Hogan. He Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. Since "Maternal Junk" was on the field, this card's first effect increased its ATK by 500. Bashford then activates "Junk Factory", which increases the ATK of this card and "Maternal Junk" by 500. This card then attacks and destroys "Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem of Honor". Bashford then activates the second effect of "Junk Factory" to return "Vayu the Emblem of Honor" to Crow's Deck instead of sending it to Crow's Graveyard. Later Crow activates the effect of "Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind" to halve this card's ATK and DEF until the End Phase. "Blackwing - Bora the Spear" then attacks this card, but Bashford activates "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" to negate the attack. After that resolves, "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" resets itself face-down. "Gale the Whirlwind" then attacks this card. Crow then sends "Blackwing - Kalut the Moon Shadow" from his hand to the Graveyard to increase the ATK of "Gale the Whirlwind" by 1400 until the End Phase. "Gale the Whirlwind" then destroys this card. Bashford then activates "Junk Spirit" to revive this card during the End Phase. On Crow's End Phase, the effect of "Kalut the Moon Shadow" expires and this card is revived via "Junk Spirit". This card then gains 500 ATK due to "Maternal Junk" being on the field and 500 more ATK due to "Junk Factory". Bashford then equips this card with "Junk Barrage". This card then attacks and destroys "Gale the Whirlwind". "Junk Barrage" then inflicts damage to Crow equal to half the ATK of "Gale the Whirlwind". Crow then activates "Black Thunder" to inflict 400 damage to Bashford for every card on his side of the field. Since there are seven cards on Bashford's side of the field, he takes 2800 damage, winning Crow the Duel.
This card is also shown during Yusei's explanation on "Kid Junk". Yusei explains that if "Kid Junk" was on the field, then this card would have gained 1000 ATK due to its second effect.
