  • In episode 95, Syrus Truesdale uses this card during his duel against Zane Truesdale. When "Cyberdark Horn" (who was equipped with "Infernal Dragon") attacks directly, Syrus activates this card to nullify the damage he would take by paying 400 Life Points. Later "Cyberdark Horn" attacks "Submarineroid", but Syrus activates "Cyber Repairer" to prevent his "Submarineroid" from being destroyed in battle this turn. Zane then explains that "Cyberdark Horn" can inflict piercing damage when it attacks a Defense Position monster, but Syrus uses this card's effect to nullify the damage. "Cyberdark Edge" then attacks directly via its own effect, but Syrus uses this card's effect to negate the damage. After "Cyberdark Horn" destroys "Submarineroid" in battle, Syrus activates this card's effect to negate the piercing damage he would take. "Cyberdark Edge" and "Cyberdark Keel" then attack directly, but Syrus uses this card's effect to negate the damage he would take. On Zane's next turn, "Cyberdark Horn" and "Cyberdark Keel" attack directly via the effect of "Warp Beam", but Syrus uses the effect of this card to negate the damage. "Cyberdark Edge" then attacks directly via its own effect, but Syrus uses this card's effect to negate the damage he would take. Zane then activates "Flash Fusion" to fuse his three monsters together and Fusion Summon "Cyberdark Dragon". Zane then uses the effect of "Cyberdark Dragon" to equip "Cyber End Dragon" onto "Cyberdark Dragon" and increase the latter's ATK by the ATK of "Cyber End Dragon". "Cyberdark Dragon" then attacks "Pair Cycroid", but Syrus activates "Emergency Provisions" to send "Mirror Damage" to the Graveyard and gain 1000 Life Points. Since "Mirror Damage" was removed from the field, "Pair Cycroid" is destroyed. A replay occurs and Zane uses "Cyberdark Dragon" to attack directly, but Syrus uses the effect of this card to negate the Battle Damage he would take. Zane then activates "De-Fusion" to return "Cyberdark Dragon" to his Extra Deck and Special Summon "Cyberdark Horn", "Cyberdark Edge", and "Cyberdark Keel" from his Graveyard. All three of Zane's monsters then attack directly, winning Zane the Duel.
  • In episode 137, this card is shown in a flashback Zane has when he reminds Syrus on the latter Dueling him, so he could bring him back to his original self.
  • In episode 164, this card is shown in a series of flashbacks Syrus has when he deduces that Zane's problems came from his Deck, not the underground Dueling he was involved with.
