Yu-Gi-Oh! GX[]
- In episode 168, Taigo Sorano uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He Special Summons this card via the effect of "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6". Later Jaden activates "E - Emergency Call", but Taigo activates this card's effect to negate "E - Emergency Call" and destroy it. However Jaden did this on purpose as he then banished "E - Emergency Call" in order to Special Summon "Spell Striker". Later this card attacks a Fluff Token in Attack Position, but Jaden activates "Secret Mission" to end the Battle Phase, however Taigo then activates "Royal Decree" to negate the effect of "Secret Mission". This card then destroys the token. On the last turn of the Duel, "Elemental HERO Flare Neos" (whose ATK was 3300 due to its own effect) attacks and destroys this card.
- This card is later shown at the bottom of Taigo's Deck when Taigo wonders why his Deck couldn't win for him. Taigo becomes furious that he couldn't defeat Jaden, but this causes his Deck to become tainted with darkness and Trueman appears due to this.
- This card was "Today's Featured Card" in episode 168.
- In episode 172, Trueman uses this card during his Duel against Tyranno Hassleberry while the former was disguised as Taigo Sorano. This card then attacks and destroys "Destroyersaurus". Latter "Hyper Hammerhead" attacks this card. This card then destroys "Hyper Hammerhead", however this activates the effect of "Hyper Hammerhead", returning this card to Trueman's hand. On the last turn of the Duel, Trueman Special Summons this card via "Level Up!". Trueman then activates "Burial from a Different Dimension" to return "Destroyersaurus", "Gilasaurus", and "Dark Driceratops" from the Banished Zone to Hassleberry's Graveyard. Because of this, the ATK of "Tyranno Infinity" is decreased from 4000 to 1000. This card then attacks and destroys "Tyranno Infinity", defeating Hassleberry.
- Its attack name is "Black Mega Flame".
