- In the Japanese anime, "Healing Wave Generator's" effect is called "Starlight Wave".
- In episode 12, Yusei Fudo uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Tetsu Trudge. He Normal Summons this card in Defense Position. Yusei then activates this card's effect to target "Speed Warrior" and increase his Life Points by 200 (as "Speed Warrior" was Level 2). Yusei did this to insure Trudge can't activate the second effect of "Terminal Countdown" to win the Duel during his next turn. Later "Goyo Guardian" attacks this card. Yusei tries to activate "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" in response, but since "Torapart" was used for the Synchro Summon of "Goyo Guardian", Yusei is forbidden from activating Trap Cards when "Goyo Guardian" attacks until the end of the Damage Step. "Goyo Guardian" then destroys this card. Trudge then activates the effect of "Goyo Guardian" to revive this card in Defense Position and under his control. Trudge then activates this card's effect to target "Goyo Guardian" and increase his Life Points by 600 (as "Goyo Guardian" is Level 6). On the last turn of the Duel, "Turbo Synchron" attacks this card. The attack fails, but Yusei activates the second effect of "Turbo Synchron" to Special Summon "Sonic Chick" from his hand. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
- In episode 27, during Yusei's Ground Duel against Grady (while the latter was a Shadow Drone), Yusei sends this card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the second effect of "Tuning".
