- In episode 12, this card is shown in a flashback Shark has when Scorch and Chills remind him he cheated in the National Duel Circuit by peeking at his opponent's Deck before the final round, which got him disqualified before he could have potentially won the Duel. This card appeared as part of the Deck Quattro used at the National Tournament. Shark noticed Quattro's Deck after it dropped off a plant pot and, due to pressure on winning, peeked at the Deck before the Duel.
- In episode 26, this card appears in a flashback Quattro has when he reminds Shark of what got him disqualified in the Championship.
- This card also appears in a flashback Quattro has when he reveals he purposely left his Deck on the plant pot in order to get Shark disqualified.

- In North American WCQ 2015 Special: Pegasus vs. Marik, Marik Special Summons this card from the Main Deck with the effect of his "Gravekeeper's Spy". When this card is summoned, Pegasus targets this card with "Toon Briefcase", returning this card to the deck. On Marik's next turn, he draws this card and subsequently Normal Summons it in Attack Position, and this card's ATK and DEF are both increased by 500 by the effect of Marik's "Necrovalley". Next, he activates this card's effect, Tributing "Gravekeeper's Spy" to destroy Pegasus' "Toon Kingdom". As Pegasus' "Toon Kingdom" is destroyed, Pegasus' "Toon Masked Sorcerer" is also destroyed via its own effect. After that, this card attacks Pegasus directly. The next turn, this card is destroyed by Pegasus' "Raigeki", which Pegasus had taken from Marik's Graveyard with the effect of "Mimicat".
- In North American WCQ 2019 Special: Joey Wheeler vs. Ishizu Ishtar, Ishizu Normal Summons this card on the fourth turn. It gains 500 ATK and DEF due to "Necrovalley". This card then attacks and destroys Joey's "Blue Flame Swordsman". On Joey's turn, when his "Red-Eyes Alternative Black Dragon" attacks this card, Ishizu activates "Blast Held by a Tribute" to destroy the three Attack Position monsters Joey controls. Joey responds by Special Summoning "Red-Eyes Retro Dragon" from his hand and using its effect to revive the monsters that were destroyed. When Joey attacks this card again with the same monster as before, Ishizu activates "Mirror Force" to destroy Joey's Attack Position monsters. On Ishizu's next turn, she activates this card's effect, Tributing "Gravekeeper's Headman" to destroy Joey's "Red-Eyes Black Dragon". Ishizu then activates "Polymerization", fusing "Gravekeeper's Assailant" with this card to Fusion Summon "Gravekeeper's Supernaturalist".
