- In episode 115, Seto Kaiba uses this card during his Duel against Noah Kaiba. He activates this card to grant "Different Dimension Dragon" and "Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon" the ability to inflict Piercing damage (In the anime, "Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon" was a Dragon-Type monster.). "Different Dimension Dragon" then attacks and destroys "Giant Rex". "Different Dimension Dragon" then inflicts piercing damage to Noah. Before Kaiba could use "Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon" to attack "Giant Soldier of Stone", Noah summons Mokuba and uses him as a shield. In the next episode, Kaiba was forced to end his turn as he couldn't bring himself to harm his own brother. On Kaiba's End Phase, the effect of this card expires.
- In episode 148, this card is seen in Rex Raptor's fantasy when he thinks the reason why Maximillion Pegasus invited Yugi Muto and his friends was because he wanted to give them rare cards just for them.
- In episode 193, Rebecca Hawkins set this card during her duel against Leon von Schroeder, but doesn't activate it. Rebecca planned to activate this card on her next turn to give her "Diamond Head Dragon" the ability to inflict Piercing damage until the End Phase. Rebecca didn't get the chance to do this due to Leon using the effect of "Thorn Princess" to take control of "Diamond Head Dragon" on the last turn of the Duel. "Diamond Head Dragon" then attacks Rebecca directly, defeating her.
- In episode 160, Trueman sets this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki, but he does not activate it. He planned to activate this card on his next turn to give "Five-Headed Dragon" the ability to inflict Piercing damage and win the Duel. He did not have a chance to activate it, as Jaden defeated him before that could happen. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
