- In episode 49, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Kagemaru. He uses this card to add "Avian" and "Elemental Hero Burstinatrix" from his Graveyard to his hand.
- In episode 80, Alice draws this card during her duel against Jaden.
- In episode 90, Belowski uses this card during his duel against Elroy Prescott. He uses this card to add two copies of "Mokey Mokey" from his Graveyard to his hand.
- In episode 157, this card can be seen on the ground among other defective cards that Yusuke Fujiwara burned in an attempt to destroy the darkness infecting them. In the next episode, this card is shown in the same location that it was in during the previous episode.
- In episode 173, this card was shown in Atticus Rhodes' hand during his Duel against Yusuke Fujiwara. In the next episode, Atticus uses this card to add "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" and "Hunter Dragon" from his Graveyard to his hand. In reality, everything after the summoning of "Clear Vice Dragon" was all in Atticus' mind as Yusuke wanted to find Atticus' darkness.
