- In episode 32, Zane Truesdale uses this card during his duel against Camula. He Special Summons this card via "Attack Reflector Unit". A replay then occurs and Camula uses "Vampire Genesis" to attack this card, but Zane activates this card's effect to negate the attack. Later Zane uses this card and "Cyber Laser Dragon" to attack directly. Camula then activates "Illusion Gate" to destroy all monsters Zane controls and Special Summon "Cyber End Dragon" under her control. "Cyber End Dragon" then attacks directly. Zane planned to activate "Call of the Haunted" to revive this card and use it to negate the attack made by "Cyber End Dragon" which would prevent himself from losing. However Syrus's soul was on the line as he would be offered to "Illusion Gate" if Camula lost, so Zane chose not to activate his Trap. The direct attack then hits Zane, defeating him.
- In episode 65, during Zane's duel against Mad Dog, Zane draws this card via "Card Destruction". Due to the effect of "Last Machine Acid Virus", this card, "Cyber Laser Dragon", "Cyber Kirin", and "Cyber Phoenix" are destroyed and Zane takes 2000 damage. Later Zane activates "Overload Fusion" to banish this card, "Proto-Cyber Dragon", "Cyber Laser Dragon", "Cyber Kirin", "Cyber Phoenix", and "Cyber End Dragon" from his field and Graveyard in order to Fusion Summon "Chimeratech Overdragon".
- In episode 83, Zane uses this card during his duel against Chancellor Sheppard. He Special Summons this card via "Attack Reflector Unit". This prevented Sheppard from attacking with "Cyber Ogre" (whose ATK was 4000 due to it being powered up by its own effect) during his turn. Later "Cyber Esper" attacks this card, but Zane activates this card's effect to negate the attack. On the last turn of the Duel, Zane activates "Ruthless Denial" to send this card to the Graveyard and force Sheppard to send "Cyber Ogre" from his hand to the Graveyard.
- In episode 89, during Zane's Duel against Atticus Rhodes, this card can be seen in the air after Zane activates "Power Wall" and throws his Deck out to block the damage he would have taken.
- In episode 147, Zane uses this card during his duel against Jesse Anderson while the latter was possessed by Yubel. He summons this card via "Attack Reflector Unit". A replay then occurs and Jesse uses "Advanced Crystal Beast Sapphire Pegasus" to attack this card, but Zane activates this card's effect to negate the attack. On Zane's next turn, he switches this card to Attack Position. After Zane Fusion Summons "Cyber Twin Dragon", "Cyber Twin Dragon" attacks and destroys "Advanced Crystal Beast Sapphire Pegasus" and "Advanced Crystal Beast Amethyst Cat", but Jesse activates the second effect of "Advanced Dark" twice to nullify the Battle Damage he would take. This card then attacks and destroys "Advanced Crystal Beast Ruby Carbuncle", but Jesse activates the second effect of "Advanced Dark" to nullify the Battle Damage he would take. In the next episode, "Rainbow Dark Dragon" attacks this card. Zane tries to activates this card's effect to negate the attack, but the last effect of "Advanced Dark" forbade Zane from doing so since "Rainbow Dark Dragon" was attacking this card. "Rainbow Dark Dragon" then destroys this card. Later Zane activates "Overload Fusion" to banish this card, "Cyber Laser Dragon" and his three "Cyber Dragons" from his Graveyard in order to Fusion Summon "Chimeratech Fortress Dragon".
- In episode 164, this card is shown in a series of flashbacks Syrus Truesdale has when he deduces that Zane's problems came from his Deck, not the underground Dueling he was involved with.
