  • In episode 192, Leon von Schroeder uses this card during his Duel against Rebecca Hawkins. He summons this card in Attack Position. Leon then activates this card's first effect to Special Summon "Pumpkin Carriage". Leon then uses this card's last effect to equip "Glass Slippers" onto this card. This card then attacks directly via the effect of "Pumpkin Carriage". This activates the first effect of "Glass Slippers", allowing Leon to equip "Glass Slippers" onto "Luster Dragon 2" and decrease its ATK by 1000. "Forest Wolf" then attacks and destroys "Luster Dragon 2". This activates the last effect of "Glass Slippers", allowing Leon to equip "Glass Slippers" onto this card and increase its ATK by 1000. Due to the effect of "Forest Wolf", "Luster Dragon 2" is equipped onto this card. Rebecca then uses "Tribute to the Doomed" to destroy "Forest Wolf". This activates the effect of "Forest Wolf", Special Summoning "Luster Dragon 2" back to Rebecca's side of the field. Rebecca then activates "Stamping Destruction" to destroy "Gingerbread House" and inflict 500 damage to Leon. "Luster Dragon 2" then attacks this card, but Leon activates "Mirror Force" to destroy "Luster Dragon 2". This card then attacks directly. In the next episode, this card attacks and destroys "Witch of the Black Forest", but this activates the latter's effect, allowing Rebecca to add "Ruby Dragon" from her Deck to her Hand. Rebecca then activates "Dragon's Gunfire" to destroy this card.
  • In episode 196, this card is shown within Leon's backstory flashback when he explains how he became fascinated into Duel Monsters after discovering the game.
  • In episode 197, Leon uses this card during his duel against Yugi Muto. He summons this card through the effect of "Golden Castle of Stromberg". Leon then activates this card's first effect to summon "Pumpkin Carriage". He then uses this card's last effect to equip itself with "Glass Slippers". This card then attacks directly via the effect of "Pumpkin Carriage". This activates the first effect of "Glass Slippers", allowing Leon to equip "Glass Slippers" onto "Dark Magician Girl" and decrease its ATK by 1000. In the next episode, "Dark Magician Girl" was forced to attack "Pumpkin Carriage" due to the effect of "Golden Castle of Stromberg". Due to the latter's effect, "Dark Magician Girl" is destroyed and Yugi takes damage equal to half the total ATK of "Dark Magician Girl". "Glass Slippers" then equips itself onto this card and increases its ATK by 1000. On Leon's turn, "Golden Castle of Stromberg" forces this card to attack directly. Later Yugi activates the effect of "Royal Straight Slasher" to destroy all cards on Leon's side of the field (with the exception of "Golden Castle of Stromberg" due to its effect). Later Leon activates "Monster Reborn" to revive this card. He then activates this card's effect to revive "Pumpkin Carriage". Leon then Tributes this card and "Pumpkin Carriage" in order to Tribute Summon "Hexe Trude".
    • In the first above-mentioned episode, this card appears within a backstory flashback explained by Leon. It was about how the Fairy Tale Duel Monster Cards were created thanks to a letter Leon sent to Pegasus and how Leon obtained those cards.
    • In the second above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a flashback Zigfried von Schroeder has when he explains why "Dark Magician Girl" was forced to attack and it got destroyed.
  • In the anime, the attack of this monster was called "Shatter Kick" .
