In episode 21, Greiger uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Yusei Fudo. He activates this card after "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE" is destroyed by the effect of "Turbo Booster". On Greiger's next turn, he activates the first effect of this card to inflict 800 damage to Yusei, but Yusei Tributes "Fortress Warrior" to negate the effect. Later "Junk Warrior" attacks directly, but Greiger activates the second effect of this card to pay 800 Life Points and destroy "Junk Warrior". Later Greiger activates the first effect of this card to inflict 800 damage to Yusei, but Yusei Tributes "Speed Warrior" to negate the effect. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
When Greiger dueled Yusei and activates this card, spikes suddenly appeared on the axels of Greiger's his Duel Runner. After the duel ended, the spikes remained attached. In an attempt to kill Rex Goodwin, Greiger tried to ram into Goodwin's box room with his Duel Runner, but Yusei intercepted on his own Duel Runner causing Greiger to get knocked off course and the spikes to break off one of his axels. This caused the spinning spike to smash through the window into the box room. Goodwin caught it in one hand while the spinning spike tore up his glove, revealing he has a mechanical hand.
