• This monster's first appearance was in Jaden Yuki's final Duel against Yubel. She is featured in the 4th Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Opening, Precious Time, Glory Days, where she attempts to cast a spell only to be disrupted by her hat falling over her eyes, which causes the Neo-Spacians and Winged Kuriboh to laugh uproariously.

• In episode 37, Card Ejector appeared as a figure in the Kurumizawa shop.
• In a special opening showing Jaden Yuki summoning some of his familiar cards to celebrate Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary, Card Ejector is the last to appear. This appeared before the start of episode 66.
