PaniK used this card as a Normal Monster, when dueling against Yugi. Yugi did not know what this monster was at first since "Castle of Dark Illusions" prevented him from seeing it. PaniK sent it to destroy Yugi's "Celtic Guardian". On PaniK's fourth turn, he sent it to destroy Yugi's "Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress 1". Later Yugi revealed this monster with "Swords of Revealing Light". PaniK switched this card to Defense Position through "Chaos Shield's" effect. It was later destroyed along with PaniK's other monsters when the effect of "Swords of Revealing Light" expired since the castle no longer had its floatation ring when this occurred.

In episode 41, this card was shown being used by one of two Kaibaland Duelists that were dueling against one another. This card was used to attack and destroy the opponent's "Morphing Jar".

Its attack name in the Japanese anime was Dark Absolute, and Dark Grasp of Fury in the English version.
