- In episode 107, Grace Tyler used this card in her Tag-Team Duel with Gloria Tyler against Allen Kozuki and Saya Sasayama. She summons this card with "Polymerization". This card then attacks Saya's "Fairy Cheer Girl", gaining 500 ATK during damage calculation only. Due to the effect of Saya's "Fairy Dust", "Fairy Cheer Girl" is not destroyed by battle. However, because this card battled an opponent's monster, Grace uses this card's other effect to decrease the ATK of "Fairy Cheer Girl" by 800. On Allen's turn, he detaches an Overlay Unit from "Heavy Armored Train Ironwolf" to allow it to attack directly, but Gloria and Grace explain that this card can negate an attack if the attack does not target this card. "Heavy Armored Train Ironwolf" then attacks this card while affected by "Limiter Removal", but Grace activates "Amazoness Substitution" to Special Summon "Amazoness Swords Woman" from her hand and change the attack target to it. "Ironwolf" then destroys "Amazoness Swords Woman", but the latter's effect forces Allen and Saya to take the Battle Damage Gloria and Grace would have taken. However, Saya activates "Fairy Rail" to reduce that damage to 0, detach an Overlay Unit from "Ironwolf" and "Fairy Cheer Girl", and have "Fairy Cheer Girl" gain ATK equal to the Battle Damage that was nullified. "Fairy Cheer Girl" then attacks this card, but due to the effect of Gloria's "Amazoness Queen", this card cannot be destroyed by battle, but damage calculation is still applied. On the last turn of the Duel, Gloria has this card attack Saya's "Fairy Cheer Girl", and due to the effect of "Amazoness Empress", this card inflicts piercing damage to Allen and Saya. "Amazoness Empress" then attacks "Fairy Cheer Girl", inflicting piercing damage to Allen and Saya and winning Gloria and Grace the Duel.
- In episode 108, Grace used this card in her Tag-Team Duel with Gloria against Yuya Sakaki and Shay Obsidian. She summons this card with "Polymerization". This card then attacks Yuya's "Performapal Monkeyboard". Grace then has this card gain 500 ATK during damage calculation only. This card then destroys "Performapal Monkeyboard", and the effect of Gloria's "Amazoness Empress" allows this card to inflict piercing damage to Yuya and Shay. On Shay's turn, he uses the effect of "Raidraptor - Rise Falcon" to increase its ATK by the combined ATK of all the opponents' monsters. "Rise Falcon" then attacks this card, with the effect of "Amazoness Empress" preventing this card from being destroyed by battle. However, Gloria and Grace still take Battle Damage. Due to "Rise Falcon's" effect, it can attack all of the opponents' Special Summoned monsters once each, so it attacks again and targets "Amazoness Empress", but Grace uses the effect of this card to negate the attack, as this card was not the attack target. On Gloria's next turn, she has this card attack "Raidraptor - Rise Falcon", but Shay activates "Rank-Up-Magic Escape Force" to perform a Rank-Up Xyz Evolution and Special Summon "Raidraptor - Blaze Falcon". "Amazoness Empress" then attacks and destroys "Blaze Falcon", inflicting piercing damage to Yuya and Shay. On the last turn of the Duel, Yuya uses the effect of "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon" twice to reduce this card's ATK to 1/4 its original ATK. "Raidraptor - Rise Falcon" and "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon" then attack this card, but it is not destroyed due to "Miracle Rocket Show". At the end of the Battle Phase, Yuya uses the effect of "Mirace Rocket Show" to inflict damage to Gloria and Grace equal to the Battle Damage reduced to 0 by its effect, winning Yuya and Shay the Duel.
