Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon appears in the video games, Yu-Gi-Oh! Ultimate Masters: World Championship 2006 and Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2007. In World Championship 2006, it appears as a Theme Duelist and it challenges the player to forms 5 or more Chain during a Duel. In World Championship 2007, it appears as a Level Four Theme Duelist and it challenges the player to successfully summon "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" and win the duel. By beating it, the player gets closer to unlocking Level Five Theme Duelists and a new Booster Pack.
In World Championship 2006, Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon plays a Dragon Deck titled, "Shining Dragon Awakes!". In World Championship 2007, it plays a Blue-Eyes Deck titled, "Shining Dragon".
