- Zane Truesdale used this in his duels with Jaden Yuki, Sheppard and Jesse Andersen.
- In the anime, it was an Equip Spell Card. The monster summoned by Future Fusion was summoned immediately to the field, but that monster couldn't attack in the same turn.
- Trueman uses this card. In his duel with Jaden, he uses five dragons from his deck to summon "Five-Headed Dragon", and then uses "Dragon's Mirror" to use the dragons from his graveyard to summon another "Five-Headed dragon". Notably, when Trueman used the card, it had the real card's effect.
